What do I wear during a treatment?
It's advisable to wear comfortable clothes and socks. The treatment is totally unobtrusive. As you are fully clothed, you will be ask to lie upon a treatment couch & covered in comfortable blanket/throws.
What could I experience during healing/treatment?
Whilst receiving healing you may experience a deep sense of relaxation. Bodily sensations such as, tingling, pressure wind ,pulsating, visions or dream state, colours, hot/ cold. I have never had reports of discomfort at any time.
How long does a treatment take/last?
A Reiki, crystal or sound therapy treatment takes around 45mins-1hour for full treatment.
Mini treatments of 20 & 30 mins are also available and can be tailored to your needs, e.g. in the office, pamper party's or hen party's etc.
After healing the effects can last up till several days. Following any healing, drink plenty of water to flush the toxins from the body. Eat a light diet, avoid alcohol, smoking or drugs, ideally for 24hrs and get plenty of rest to get full benefits of your treatment.
Sometimes the body can have a detox reaction which can last a few days. The toxins & waste need to be dislodged & flushed into the bloodstream to be filtered & eliminated
The effect may be of a illness, sweating, fever, wind, aches, more use of toilet, sneezing, coughing, fatigue. You may also feel more tearful for a few days as emotional blockages are cleared.
Can anyone have healing therapies such as Reiki, Sound Therapy and Crystal Healing?
Personally, my belief is that any healing done with love and light can only bring positive outcomes within the mind, body and spirit. I have given healing to clients with anxiety, depression, arthritic conditions, diabetes, headaches, neck pain and cancer, just to name a few. However, healing council guidelines suggest that the following are not treating used healing.
